Our story

How it all started

Growing up, there was a 10-year-old kid who dreamed of one day working for Disney. He spent countless hours as a child drawing comic book characters and honed his skills by taking AP drawing classes in high school. His hard work paid off, as he won awards for his artwork and earned credit for college courses. After graduating with a BFA in illustration, this young man was determined to make a career out of his passion for art. But he had no idea that computers were about to revolutionize the world of visual effects and animation with the release of the movie Jurassic Park in 1993. With newfound motivation, he switched his focus to 3D character animation and began his journey to becoming a world-class animator. He worked as a lead animation supervisor at George Lucas’ ILM and later started his own company Ignite Animation. After decades of working with elite teams and creating some of the most iconic characters in film history, he wants to share his knowledge and passion with the next generation of dreamers.
