Do you offer courses beyond the introduction to character animation?
Yes, we are continually creating new course content and additional courses will be available in the near future.
Does your course(s) comply or align with VPAT on product accessibility?
Yes, we are aligned with VPAT standards.
If I have seats remaining in my group subscription for an academic year, may I carry them over to another semester or year?
A group/class subscription is active for a 12-month cycle, fall to summer the following year. However you/teacher chooses to use the spots (15) is up to him/her. All spots expire at the end of this 12-month period.
Is Maya software included in my subscription?
Students and educators may access Maya software for free with an Autodesk Education plan. See their website for more information.

Do you offer/accept a payment installment plan?
For individuals, yes, we offer a monthly payment plan; for schools and groups, no.
Do you offer course exclusivity rights by region, district, conference, etc?
Special subscription terms are available on request.
Does your course comply with US secondary school data privacy laws?
Because we do not collect any form of student data whatsoever, such laws do not apply.
Does your course allow us to use or create famous characters from movies?
No
Does a student need anything for the course besides Maya software?
No
Any course pre-requisites?
There is not a pre-req for the introductory course; a student must complete this course before enrolling/completing course 2 or more advanced, however.
If I have more than 15 students in my course, may the additional students join the course?
While a standard course accommodates 15 students, we can make arrangements for one-off cases to be added to the course for an additional fee.
Are there job opportunities available at the completion of a course?
Not currently
May I/we have a personal tutorial with Jamy?
Every annual group/class subscription (paying customer) includes one live session per fall and spring semester, so two sessions per annual subscription. (remote via Zoom) Individual subscriptions do not include a live tutorial.
If the course is offered for 12 months but students complete all course requirements in one semester or less, may they continue or advance to other courses?
A student may absolutely progress beyond the course s/he is enrolled in after the additional course is paid for, either by the school/district or individual/family.
Do you accept payment in arrears? (after service has started or completed)
No
May I use a Mac/Apple computer?
Yes, so long as you have Maya 3D software installed.
Does your course allow us to use or create famous characters from movies?
No
